1) *Read chapters 6 and 7 in "Why I Left the Contemporary Christian Music Movement" by Dan Lucarini
Additionally: be prepared for another 'quiz' on this reading material...as in another Q-and-A or single-paragraph report on how the reading has impacted you.
2) Read chapter 3, "Why Do We Sing In Church?" from "sound worship" by Scott Aniol.
3) Complete the chapter 3: "Why Do We Sing In Church?" student study guide questions, by Religious Affections Ministries (Scott Aniol).
4) *Be ready to write from memory the following verses: 2 Tim 3:16,17; Col 3:16
5) *Review theory notes, lessons 1 & 2, on lines and treble staff.
6) Read 'Preface' and 'Introduction' of "POCKET GUIDE for the CHURCH CHOIR MEMBER; A SPIRITUAL AND PRACTICAL HANDBOOK" by Kenneth W. Osbeck.
7) Begin listening to Jewish music samples, linked to right-side of blog. [you must permit YouTube in your internet security, DNS filter and firewall].
